On my way home one day thought I would stop in and give it a quick spray. Tapped the card, gave me 6min15sec and away I went. All was good until I heard the the familiar warning beep saying I had less than a minute to go. Thought that went quick, oh well better tap again. Waited for it to go through then..... nothing. Everything stopped. Timer reset and I had nothing. Checked my bank account and 2 x $5.20 transactions came out. I approached the manager and told him the story and he said that’s weird hold on I’ll try my card. Tapped it once and it gave me 6min15sec. Stood around and watched it count down for a while as I continued to wash the car and all seemed ok.
Next visit, no issues.
Then week after, tapped card twice no issues. About to tap a 3rd time and it only gives me 1min15sec!!! Checked bank and I have 4 x $5.20 transactions taken on my card. Now either I can’t count or something dodgy is going on. Tried to find a phone number but had no luck. Anyone else had this issue? - Ejay Added December 12, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Old fashioned service, not just an automatic car wash but an owner who cares. If there is grime not easily removed he hand washes around the car. This is personal service you don't get at any other automated car wash.Do yourself a favour and get a very reasonably priced regular car wash here.
- jodie bryman Added May 23, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆car came out looking disgusting , white stains all over cars , run marks , cat prints still on it , must wash with recycled sewerage water. never going back cant find a contact number to make a formal complaint.Not drip marks but long streaky marks all over car really dissapointed and pissed off. Go to browns plains wash.
